| 3/4 c. | Boiling water |
| 1 pkg | (4 serving size) Jell-O orange flavor gelatin |
| 2 c. | Ice cubes |
| 1 1/2 c. | Thawed Cool Whip |
| 2 | Fresh peaches, peeled, chopped |
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl w/ wire whisk until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add whipped topping; stir until well blended. Gently stir in peaches.
Refrigerate 15 min. or until gelatin mixture is thick enough to mound; spoon into crust. Regrigerate 3 hrs or until set. Store in refrigerator.
