Peaches 'n Creme Pie

Easy and light dessert

Ingredients

 Pre-made Nilla wafer pie crust
3/4 c. Boiling water
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-O orange flavor gelatin
2 c. Ice cubes
1 1/2 c. Thawed Cool Whip
2 Fresh peaches, peeled, chopped

Preparation

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl w/ wire whisk until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add whipped topping; stir until well blended. Gently stir in peaches.

Refrigerate 15 min. or until gelatin mixture is thick enough to mound; spoon into crust. Regrigerate 3 hrs or until set. Store in refrigerator.
