| 4 | Zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2" thick slices |
| 3 | Red peppers, cut into 1/2" strips |
| 3 | Yellow peppers, cut into 1/2" strips |
| 1/4 c. | Zesty Italian dressing |
| 1/4 c. | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place veggies in grill basket.
Grill 10 min or until grisp-tender, turning occasionally. Place in large bowl.
Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
