| 8oz. | Eden biodynamic rye spirals |
| 6 cups | Small cauliflower florets (1" across the top, about 1 lb) |
| 1 | Small red onion, coarsely chopped |
| 1 tsp | Dried dillweed |
| 2 tbsp | Eden extra virgin oilive oil |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, minced |
| 2 tbsp | Freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste |
| 1/2 tsp | Eden sea salt |
| | Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
1. Cook pasta as package directs, drain, rinse & set aside.
2. Place cauliflower florets in a steamer basket and sprinkle with onion and dill; steam over high heat until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Transfer to a bowl or storage container; toss in the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix in pasta.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
