| 2 tbs | Cornstarch |
| 2 tsp | Beef boullion granules |
| 2 cup | Water |
| 1/2 cup | Soy sauce |
| 20 oz | Lean boneless beef sirloin |
| 2 | Green pepper julienned |
| 2 | Onion halved and sliced |
| 2 | Garlic cloves minced |
| 4 tsp | Canola oil |
| 4 | Tomatoes cut into eighths |
| 16 oz | Sliced water chestnuts drained |
| 1/4 tsp | Pepper |
| 8 cups | Cooked rice |
1-in a bowl combine cornstarch, boulion, water and soy sauce and set aside.
2-cut steak thinly across the grain then cut slices in half and set aside.
3-in a nonstick skillet, stir fry green pepper, onion and garlic in oil for 4 minutes. remove and set aside.
4-add meat and stir fry for 4-6 minutes.
5-stir cornstarch mixture and add to pan.
6-bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute.
7-add tomatoes, chestnuts and green pepper mixture.
8-cook and stir until heated through..
9-sprinkle with pepper and serve over rice.
For lower sodium omit beef boullion
